One of the important issues in improving upon the basic human condition is the need to raise consciousness. Many espouse that Love Is All There Is And Everything Else Is An Illusion but have no methodology in going from Point A to Point B in spiritual development, i.e., how to become God Realized or a Co-Creator. True enlightenment is not simply higher awareness and greater perception but improving upon the essence of soul development: the ability to love genuinely and deeply, and also one's degree of Humility (non-competitiveness), Purity (rejecting lust while having one or more sexual relationships with Love), and Compassion (selflessness).

There are many techniques for spiritual development and raising consciousness. Most of them are physically based - like chanting and praying out loud. Others utilize meditative techniques and are more subtle in nature. But they are all basic tools for growth, not advanced techniques.

The following technique/process for raising consciousness was relearned by Elder Avadar - when he was a Magi in his formative years - with the help of discarnate Saints in the early 1980s. It is called Heart Chakra Radiance (HCR) and has also been referred to as Chakra Radiance and God Yoga. The reason why it was relearned in the body after many years is because it was discovered by him after a period of intense study of the Universal Memory or Akashic Records in the Higher Realms of Spirit. This occurred in the Thirteenth Century during his Interlife (or period in-between incarnations) after his life as a Cathar Parfait named Marie when he was more advanced as a Saint than he was after his life as Paul/Saul of Tarsus. HCR was slowly discovered as opposed to invented because it is essentially the approach that The Original Creator utilized in order to evolve into rarefied God Consciousness.

To help understand it, here is a basic metaphysical foundation of assumptions:

The highest form of expression is thought;

The highest form of thought is love;

The highest expression of love is manifested as Spiritual White Light; and,

Spiritual White Light contains all the aspects of light that are needed for the cultivation

of advanced spiritual development toward God Realization.

Furthermore, there is no difference between emotional growth and spiritual growth. Increase one and you increase the other. The emotional body and the spiritual body are not separate aspects of self (as some espouse) but are one and the same.

In order to understand this RADIANCE technique (which is NOT the one taught to practitioners of Reiki), it also helps to know that there are various spiritual energy centers in the body, which traditionally are referred to as "chakras." The word "chakra" in the ancient language of Sanskrit, means "wheel." The physical counterpart of the chakra system in the body are the glands of the endocrine system. Most metaphysical schools of thought espouse that these spiritual energy centers play a vital role in physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as in spiritual evolution.

Having one's chakras open for channeling and psychic awareness does not indicate a highly evolved soul, only someone who has his or her chakras open. In other words, being a good psychic or a good channeler does not indicate that one is on a high spiritual level.

However, in the process of evolving, the chakras open up gradually and naturally. That is the best way. To try to force them to open with drugs or through some other artificial means, is not necessary and very dangerous physically and psychologically.

In addition to various minor chakras, like those in the hands and feet, there are seven major chakras: the Root, the Sacral, the Solar Plexus, the Heart, the Throat, the Brow and the Crown.

For our purposes here, we will elaborate on the fourth or Heart Chakra.

The fourth or Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest; it is associated with the higher emotions of ALTRUISM, SELFLESSNESS and COMPASSION for others.

Many metaphysical schools of thought espouse or imply that the fifth, sixth and seventh chakras (with some even teaching that there are one or more chakras that are located above or outside the body) are more important to spiritual evolution than the Heart Chakra.

However, it is the Heart Chakra that is the most important chakra for soul development because it is the spiritual center in the body that is utilized for the cultivation of LOVE and COMPASSION, and therefore dictates the overall evolution of the individual. This is evidenced by the fact that whenever we feel COMPASSION for another, we feel it in the heart area of the body.

The planet attributed to the Heart Chakra is The Sun, which offers us excellent symbolism. To become a stable, purified, noncompetitive (humble) PRIMARY GODHEAD SUN OF LOVE when we have once again returned to The Light, is the focus and goal of advanced spiritual development.

The traditional color for the Heart Chakra is Green. Light Green is the color of soul growth. A person's aura manifests Light Green in its outer edge when that soul is in a state of spiritual development.

People that have served others in the past - like in a former lifetime of devotion to God - inherently have a lot of Light Green in their aura, especially if they continue on a spiritual path of SELFLESSNESS and RADIANCE in their current incarnation.

Visualizing the color of Light Green can increase one's spiritual development, as can prayer and meditation, but these are rudimentary approaches at best to raising consciousness.

Heart Chakra Radiance is a far more advanced approach to soul development than any other technique or approach because it directly strengthens the very essence or core of what spiritual growth involves: SELFLESSNESS and LOVE. The greater a soul's ability to love genuinely and deeply, the greater its ability to Radiate Spiritual White Light. That ability is obvious to us when we leave the flesh and are naturally spiritually amplified by The Light Of The God Force - the same Light that is commonly reported by Near Death Experiencers "at the end of the tunnel."

A condition of physical existence is that we cannot directly unite with The Light until we return to the Primary Reality of Spirit, channeling notwithstanding. By being corked up in a three-dimensional body and forced to face the pain and suffering that goes on in the flesh, we have the opportunity to evolve much faster through RADIANCE and SELFLESSNESS than if we just used RADIANCE in the Spirit. So that when we finally do leave our bodies we can Ascend into The Light to the point of becoming gods or Co-Creators.

THE FOUR MODES OF HEART CHAKRA RADIANCE

Mode 1: While breathing normally, visualize a sphere of white energy in your chest, or more specifically, in your Heart Chakra - the most important chakra for spiritual growth. Then, without holding your breath, visualize radiating white light out of this sphere in every direction at once. It is suggested that one first use this technique in light (alpha) meditation in order to become accustomed to it.

Mode 2: While visualizing Mode 1, program yourself simply through desire to radiate those aspects of spiritual white light - called Programmed White Light - that would help you grow in the fastest possible way. Once you start doing this, the improvement is immediate and requires no new concentrated effort; you improve as you use it.

Mode 3: This is a natural evolution from the previous modes. Through the application of Mode 2, it is eventually realized when the will alone is sufficient to radiate: visualizing is no longer necessary because a certain degree of proficiency has been developed.

Mode 4: Because of the difficulty in visualizing this, this mode is not recommended until Mode 3 is performed fairly easily. With the heart chakra being the primary focus, radiate as you would from Mode 2 with all of the Seven Major Chakras -- all at the same time.

In order for the innovative process of Chakra Radiance to work adequately, any mode must be performed for many minutes a day, e.g., while watching television, walking, listening to music, etc.

Keep in mind also that it must be an active, willful projection of energies. If you just happen to tune in on one or more chakras and see or sense them working by themselves, that is not due to your RADIANCE but instead due to a channeling that you are receiving from Spirit. Channeling is a passive endeavor. Chakra Radiance is an active, willful endeavor.

There will be those rare instances when you are Radiating and are slightly spiritually amplified by Spirit so that they can rate your progress and you can have a clearer understanding of your development. When this happens, it is likened to the Abraham Maslow (Self-Actualization) concept of a Peak Experience. The vast majority of the time however, you will not have that spiritual amplification or clarity of consciousness until you leave the flesh and unite directly with The God Force (The Light).

In addition to increasing one's ability to love genuinely and deeply, RADIANCE also subtly projects a positive telepathic influence to discarnates in the immediate physical vicinity - as one slowly becomes likened to a beacon of higher consciousness to those in the Spirit.

It takes a great deal of spiritual discipline to utilize RADIANCE on a daily basis in order for the process to be truly effective in accelerating one's spiritual development and in staying on a high spiritual level once it has been achieved.

Radiating Programmed White Light With Each Of The Seven Major Chakras

First Chakra - Body Centeredness

Second Chakra - Sexual Purity

Third Chakra - Emotional Stability & Clairsentience Receptivity

Fourth Chakra - Overall Spiritual Growth, God Consciousness Potential, & Advanced Telekinetic Potential In And Of The Light.

Fifth Chakra - Clairaudience Receptivity

Sixth Chakra - Clairvoyance Receptivity

Seventh Chakra - Discernment of Discarnate Energies & Overall Channeling Receptivity

THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT VIRTUES

OF ADVANCED SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

TOWARD SAINTHOOD & EVENTUAL GOD REALIZATION 

The two most important virtues - or "The Two Pillars" of spiritual stability - in order to stay on a level of Sainthood or God Realization, once it is reached: are Purity and Humility. Purity and Humility provide the foundation for spiritual stability (Stability Quotient development).

In regard to Purity: uniting with thoughts and feelings of lust causes retrogression. Simply rejecting lust is the way to avoid this; dark discarnate collectives constantly implant lust within incarnate Saints and Masters so that the targeted Lightworkers will emotionally unite with the lust and lessen themselves. Sexuality and sensuality, when pursued with purified feelings, is spiritual in nature. Only lusty feelings are spiritually detrimental in this regard.

In regard to the need for Humility: being hostile, resentful, and/or spiritually competitive toward those more advanced than oneself, causes retrogression. Not being polite also causes spiritual retrogression.

When one is beginning to embrace a spiritual path, a certain degree of "surrender" is important to cultivate in order to center oneself and cultivate Humility (i.e., confidence without egotism). Sexual abstinence in the beginning is also needed in order to develop spiritual Purity (i.e., sexual energy without lust).

However, the concept of "surrender" has been overemphasized: one does not have to give others authority over oneself in order to spiritually progress through SELFLESSNESS.

For the advanced soul, sexual abstinence is not necessary in order to be centered in Purity and surrender is not necessary in order to be centered in Humility.

Purity and Humility are the two cornerstones of emotional/spiritual stability and advanced spirituality in general. It is therefore of paramount importance to cultivate both to a high degree in order to embrace an advanced spiritual path.

Stability Quotient (SQ) and Unity Quotient (UQ) development are closely related.

Cultivating Compassion in Heart Chakra Radiance is a great indirect way to increase one's Courage, improve one's Humility, and advance in Stability Quotient.

THE FOUR ASPECTS OF ADVANCED SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

There are four aspects of advanced spiritual development. They are: Frequency or Power, Stability, Unity, and Telekinetic Skill.

1. Frequency Quotient (FQ) is the ability to unite with spiritual white light or power (on an individual basis) when in the discarnate state.

2. Stability Quotient (SQ) is the ability to stay on a high spiritual level. As one's SQ increases through the development of Purity and Humility through selfless Radiance, so does one's Frequency Quotient increase. After a point of growth in Stability Quotient, it has been found that the Master Stage automatically increases but in a natural unfoldment which is neither erratic or unstable.

Better to be a stable discarnate Saint/Archangel than to be an unstable Master!

3. Unity Quotient (UQ) is the ability to manifest pristine (highly purified) energies in skilled and creative ways. This encompasses purified sensuality, deeply inspirational feelings, cultivated harmony, innocence and peaceful energies. Purity and Unity Quotient are directly related. The Purer the soul, the greater the inner aptitude (the degree of expression depending upon the level of energy available), to manifest the Higher, Purified Sensuality and Purified Affection.

SAM (Spiritually Amplified Music) Radiance is using Heart Chakra Radiance to cultivate deeply spiritual and inspirational feelings in telepathically interpreting various forms of harmonious and uplifting melodies. Doing so develops one's Unity Quotient.

Unity Quotient development (e.g., through SAM Radiance) indirectly increases Stability Quotient and is therefore "The Third Pillar" of spiritual stability - along with Humility and Purity.

4. Telekinetic Skill (TS) is the ability in the Spirit to utilize God Force energies in creative and sophisticated ways, as in the creation of matter. Being skilled in one area of telekinesis does not necessarily entail deft in another area, but overall skill does impact on all areas of telekinetic ability -- like the manifestation of spiritual and physical shielding energies, teleportation, the creation of Secondary Godhead Suns, as well as Para-Human and Avataric Forms.

Higher levels of Telekinetic Skill entail a greater degree of intricate function and potentially refined manifestation.

For example, suppose there were two Ascended Masters: Master-A, a Ninth Stage Master, and Master-B, a Third Stage Master. M-A and M-B both plan to use The God Force of their respective Primary Godhead Sun (i.e., their Ascended spirits on the  Eighth Plane) to manifest the same holographic design of a mansion but at different locations. Both carefully analyzed all aspects of upscale building construction, intricately carved furniture, advanced electrical appliances, stored food, kitchen utensils, cookingware, etc. M-A, by virtue of having a significantly higher Master Stage/Frequency Quotient, has more energy to work with than M-B, but the latter has a significantly higher level of Telekinetic Skill.

If the mansions were manifested instantly with their respective Godheads, who do you think would create the better residence of the same size?

Most would assume that M-A would have the better residence because he has more energy to utilize. But the answer is that M-B would have the better home because all facets of it would be more skillfully and intricately manifested with The God Force.

Contrary to popular belief, more power does not necessarily mean more deft in using and projecting God Force Energy.

In using the analogy of God Realization being likened to an apple tree: Power or Frequency is its height, Stability is its width, Unity is its degree of beauty, and Skill is the nutritional value and taste of its apples!

THE SPIRALING EXTENSION TO RADIANCE

A technique of lesser importance to HEART CHAKRA RADIANCE but one that was developed to work in conjunction with it, is called SPIRALING. Visualize the bottom of the Spiral starting around the pit of your stomach and going up with expanding rings past your Heart Chakra.

SPIRALING with RADIANCE is for attunement in growth. Think of it as the navigational system for your HCR. Attunement with SPIRALING can take as little as a few seconds. Doing it for longer than that is not detrimental, as long as RADIANCE is done also.

Use SPIRALING in conjunction with HCR to:

1. Center oneself;

2. Attune one's RADIANCE for Programmed Spiritual White Light;

3. For the cultivation of greater Compassion, Humility and Purity; and,

4. To increase one's telekinetic skill.

REMEMBER -- SPIRALING must be performed in conjunction with Heart Chakra Radiance in order to work effectively.

The Spiral itself can be either White and/or Gold in color; whatever feels the most comfortable. Using the color of White tends to also increase one's Purity while Gold tends to also increase one's courage; both colors tend to improve one's spiritual incorruptibility.

Of course, one does have to need to use SPIRALING in order to work on Radiating Compassion, Purity and Humility. The real benefit of SPIRALING is that it is a "catch-all technique" to be used with HCR for working on those aspects which are difficult to conceptualize. For example, if one has difficulty grasping what advanced Purity is, then use Spiraling with HCR to work on it. Other good examples are in using it for attuning one's RADIANCE for increasing Telekinetic Skill for Secondary Godhead Sun and Avataric Form manifestation with The Light Of The God Force after Ascension.

It is suggested that Solists do the regular Chakra Radiance Session (with the Spiraling focus of  Radiance geared toward overall spiritual development) to contemplative music for the duration of ten to fifteen minutes a day, with an emphasis on cultivating Compassion, Humility and Purity.

Afterwards, you can then perform specific Chakra Radiance Sessions that focus on areas of development that you wish to improve more quickly -- like Telekinetic Skill in combat when Ascended in The Light.

POLYAMOROUS AND POLYGAMOUS RELATIONSHIPS IN THE SPIRIT

The purer the soul, the more sexual/sensual, since the greater the purity, the greater the ability to radiate purified affection/sensuality to many people simultaneously.

Multiple intimate relationships, even for Masters, is difficult to do successfully for very long without falling into lust and consequent retrogression out of the Higher Stages of God Realization. The safe karmic route is to just be monogamous!

Moreover, only spiritual relationships last.

Those sexual encounters in the past and present that are based on lust, produce weak bonds of affinity and desire in the Spirit.

Those sexual encounters in the past and present that are based on genuine love and caring for one other, produce strong bonds of affinity and desire in the Spirit.

Generally speaking, most people have difficulty loving ONE person genuinely and deeply, much less more than one. So it is not a good idea, nor is it feasible, to pursue a polyamorous relationship or polygamous marriage.

In the eyes of the nonliving and infinite Light, those on the Other Side who are intimate with one another are technically married. But to be able to have intimate relations with more than one person usually produces feelings of lust and frustration from not feeling fulfilled or satisfied emotionally, and that is how one knows it is not right to pursue it.

People in the Spirit constantly play with having multiple intimate partners. But each have to get along with one another and the dominant personality, be it masculine or feminine, must be able to adequately love each genuinely in Radiance, or the group marriage will fall apart. Most people are not spiritually focused and therefore cannot have multiple intimate partners without regressing from uniting with and furthering lusty energies.

Successful polyamorous relationships do exist; these are to be found in the Higher Realms and beyond, starting on the Sixth Plane.

Spiritually growing beyond lust and egotism (into purity, humility, and compassion) through Radiating Love on a daily basis, not just overcoming one's fears and/or channeling Spirit, is the best overall way to raise individual consciousness. Collectivism without a high degree of individual spiritual integrity, has been proven time and time again to not be a viable solution to the ills of humanity and the universe at large.

To start doing HCR, sit comfortably with your eyes closed and do the Radiance while playing a CD of contemplative music. A Chakra Radiance Session (CRS) generally goes for ten to fifteen minutes a day. The idea is to slowly incorporate one's Radiance into the daily routine and one will learn how to do it for longer periods. One of the many wonderful music CDs for CRS and mystical contemplation is Chrysalis by 2002.

Only by raising individual consciousness can mass consciousness be improved upon.
